Question: I have a webform on my website and I haven't been receiving any emails from visitors using the webform. What could be causing this problem?

Answer:

When we design and post a webform to your website, to the best of our ability, we test to make sure the webform does indeed deliver email responses to an email address you provide. First, we design the webform and then fill it out with information and then send it to our own email address to make sure the form works. We then change the webform to send its responses to whatever email address YOU PROVIDE. Once this change is made, we ask that our customers test out the webform periodically to be sure that they receive responses from the webform.

We can only be certain the webform is operational if the email address YOU PROVIDE is also operational. In other words, if the receiving email address is bad, the form will still send an email to that email address but since the email address is not operational (for whatever reason), you will not get a webform response. It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to make sure the email addresses used in webforms are always in working order and receiving emails. We DO NOT accept responsibility for webforms we design that submit to email accounts.

So, try to fill out the webform in question and see if you get the email response. If you do not get the response, send a plain email to the email address the webform is submitting to. This is done to find out if the email address is working or not. CHECK THE WEBFORM OFTEN TO BE SURE IT IS OPERATIONAL. If a problem persists, please contact us immediately and we wil get to the bottom of the problem.
