Question: How much website maintenance do I get with the $25 monthly hosting fee?

Answer:

As a FREE SERVICE to our customers, we will make ONE minor change each month to a customer's website at no charge. The following are the ONLY examples of maintenance that would be provided at no charge once per month at customer's request:

• Add, remove, or change text under 100 characters
• Add, remove or change ONE picture or graphic with total production time less than 15 minutes
• Phone calls and email replies to your questions about your website or other products are always free of charge

Effective 4-1-2007: Any website updates or changes requested by customer above what is listed above as "free" will be charged as production time at a rate of $75.00 per hour. There is a half-hour minimum charge for production time.
