Question: Why was I charged a "production" fee on my invoice?

Production fees are charged at an hourly rate of $75.00 (half-hour minimum) for projects our customers ask us to complete for them. This is the time we spend on your website or other products in order to complete the work. Like anyone else that runs a business, we charge for our time and services.
