Question: I have decided to close my account with Internet Marketing Professionals of Iowa, Inc. What are your policies regarding this?

Answer:

All requests to close a client's account must be received in writing by us at least 30 days in advance of the date you wish to close your account. This is for your protection as well as ours, and to alert us to cease services and billing. We DO NOT release any HTML coding, PHP coding, JavaScript coding or graphics designed by us without our express written consent. All graphics, HTML code, PHP code and JavaScript code is protected by copyright laws.

Should permission be granted by us to our client to use any graphics, HTML code, PHP code, or JavaScript code designed by us, a $100.00 fee must be paid. In that event, client will receive via e-mail the requested files in a zipped file.

All outstanding invoices and fees must be PAID IN FULL by customer before we will consider the release of any domain names, PHP code, JavaScript code, HTML files or graphics files.
